There just my all time favorite provider,there staff is Superior...Kevin at the front desk and even the outside team is impeccable.
By far the worst customer service thus far! I highly suggest sending this staff to training on their lack of care or concern. In hope of providing better service in the future.
I guess we are no longer in the times when customer service is important. He has a job so who cares how everyone is treated as long as he gets a paycheck.
The gentleman man at Enterprise said they don't open until 6:30. When I showed him the online hours he said "wow" and went back to loading keys into packets. Sadly I am a Blue chip member which here in Pensacola means nothing.
The online hours are posted for 5:30am I arrived at 5:30 and was informed they gentleman would be in by 6:00am. At 6:05 he arrived, logged into the system and then looked at me and walked into his office and shut the door.
Checked in and was quoted $145. for returning car at 3pm. Attendant then put 1pm in the computer. We returned an hour early and were told we were an hour late. The charge was $218. Today we tried to dispute this error with Thrifty on the phone to no avail. I thought it was a nice car, but I don't recommend this service to anyone. The lady at checking didn't know how to remove the extra charge try try as she may- it was impossible for her computer to allow her to. RIPPED OFF is how I feel. Thrifty car rental service makes extra money but intentional mistakes in my humble opinion.
Kelvin was amazing! Very kind and helpful. We got a great car for an unbelievable price. We will definitely use this company again.
