My sister rented a nissan. Altima for a week when she got back her own car battery was dead . She asked them for a jump and had her own jumper cables and they said they would charge her to jump her off. Why would you treat your customers like that
Called the Budget on a holiday weekend and was able to get a small car. Staff very friendly and nice! Car was ready within 30 mins.
We had originally reserved a car through Enterprise. We got there to pick our car up right before leaving for our trip, and they had nothing for us to rent. We were told to wait in the parking lot for two hours to see if something showed up. I called Budget while we were waiting, and the man was so kind!! We left and drove over and arrived right at closing. He was SO helpful and did not make us feel bad for keeping him over!!! I will never rent anywhere else again!!! We are leaving tomorrow for my sons Basic Combat Training graduation, and we will be at Budget first thing in the morning!!! Great service and the vehicles are so nice!!!! Thanks guys!!!
No one ever answers the phone! Tried consistently all morning long. The local phone transfer you to the national customer service center. But the customer service center is for Avis, not for budget. The people at Avis have no way of helping, nor do they even have a phone number to direct you. #brokensystem
Worst customer service experience ever. Wasted time and money getting there just to be told we can't rent a car because of some stupid company policy about credit scores.
I drove from milton to jump her off. Ridiculous! Where has customer service gone these days?
