Friendly service; quick check-in process. Vehicle was in excellent shape and a pleasure to drive. Every aspect of the rental was easy and no-stress, and at the lowest rate available for my range of travel dates. Would definitely use Alamo again.
Also I have been given the wrong class size of car, have had to wait while they 'brought down' a car (no compact cars available from Alamo or its affiliated companies???) and the car I was given reeked of cigarette stench. Also was given a car with a windshield full of smashed Florida lovebugs (had to clean the windshield myself upon picking up the car).
Very fast and efficient at the counter upon my arrival. Rented a Dodge Caravan for family vacation! Van was extremely clean. Looked like their entire fleet had just been detailed. Very happy with Alamo and would recommend. Return of vehicle went very quick.
Nice people. Very helpful. Car (Nissan Rogue)was great. Clean and drove wonderful.
I've had not one but two horrible, no customer service experiences with Alamo at the Pensacola Regional Airport, both with the same employee at the counter. This employee had the worst attitude I have encountered at any business in a long time. The other employees told me 'she's like that'. Incredibly, she keeps her job.
I was a Quicksilver member with a reservation, but it still took 35 minutes waiting in a long line to get my vehicle (which wasn't fully fueled and had some dings). Only one busy customer agent (female) as another (balding male) was walking around and not taking or helping customers. Will not recommend or use this Alamo location again -- my time is more valuable than that!
