Didnt have the car I reserved,
The car I rented was dirty and smelled like smoke even though they are "no smoking". I regret using this location.
decides to tell me that company policy prohibites people under 25 from using a debit card. So I pull my bank statement show them the charge and proof of me reserving a vehicle with my debit card, and the manager only told me sorry we cant reserve you a vehicle so now I'm at enterprise spending twice the amount I should be for my planned vacation. I will not be using hertz any longer.
