Don't try calling them when they billed you incorrectly they won't answer the phone and you can't leave a voicemail because the vmail box is full. Hertz gold customer and I'm not happy.
Although the truck we reserved was not available, (probably due to our late arrival because of flight delays), The very nice lady at Pensacola International Airport up graded us to a larger, well appointed pickup truck.
The staff was very helpful. I had an issue with a tire that had a slow leak during my rental. I added air a few times and they credited me for my money at the air pump plus a few dollars extra. I was dropping off an in-town and picking up a one-way on the same day so they upgraded my one-way to a really nice car as a sorry/thank-you. The helper had to push about 100 buttons to make that car a one-way but she didn't give up! Everyone was really nice!
I was offered an upgrade from a Rav4 (which I've never driven) to a Hyundai Santa Fe (never driven this one either). I drove around trip to Tennessee from Pensacola. We had 4 adults. We did some sight seeing and we had plenty of room. I would definitely rent another one
The service was wonderful and the Hertz agents were extremely courteous and helpful.

Beware. I was forced to accept the full suite of optional insurance. I declined the insurance and even presented proof of corporate as well as my personal insurance. I travel for work regularly and have never been required to accept optional insurance as a condition of rental (intermediate class vehicle). No one of authority with Hertz at the Pensacola location at 9pm on Sunday to assist. Customer service deferred to local desk.
