I am morally and ethically outraged. There was no phone call to confirm my mother's appointment. There were no directions. This place is a joke. I brought her to the appointment and was told I can't leave so I'm stuck here for 3+ hours. I could have bought a book or a laptop, I should have been warned. Completely unacceptable! Your staff really needs to get it together. Thank you for impeding on my time.
Awful...wanted us here an hour prior to appt time. We were here. They did not take my husband back until an hour after appt time. This is ridiculous. If you are late, they penalize you but they can take all the time they want. I'm still sitting here as we speak. Total wait time has been 2 hours and 25 minutes. They took him back about 20 minutes ago. So now I can only imagine how much longer I will sit here waiting for my husband to come back out. Every other person I've seen go back have been gone at the very least an hour before being released.
