Would NOT recommend.
Dr. Pennington, assisted by Toby, performed a full thyroidectomy on me a week ago, and I think they are both rock stars. I feel so much better without the multinodular disaster pushing on my trachea and making my body sick. I had no pain at the incision and did not need to take my painkillers after leaving the hospital. I think the use of a drain is in part to thank for this. Not all surgeons use a drain for this procedure, and I think they need to. The staff at the office is friendly, Dr. Pennington is reassuring and professional, and Toby is professional and kind, too, and had no problems answering my questions.
I really like Dr Pennington, he was very friendly & professional , he explained the problem with my thyroid, sent me for test and i am to go back to see him at which time he will let me know what is the best way to handle the problem, i have all the confidence in the world in him. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

You're killing me, Smalls! Dr. Pennington is awesome.I had a heinous blowout orbital fracture, which necessitated an implant. Dr. Pennington performed the surgery, and did a great job, before during and after. Plus, there was never any long waiting involved with an office visit. He didn't rush in and out of the exam room, and explained things clearly.He's a regular Cool Hand Luke as far as I'm concerned. He had a young man working with him, I suppose doing an internship, or something of the sort. He was great,too. They made me smile, even though my eye was FUBAR. Thanks, Dr. Pennington.
I had to get three plates put in my face after an altercation and Dr. Pennington and Toby did a bang up job! My face is straight again with only slight scarring where they had to go in and remove and replace the bones! Awesome group of people working here!
