The doctor does not care about you. I was trying to get a letter written for a medical withdrawal from my classes and he quickly said no. Also, documents from the office said I had bronchitis during my last visit but he told me in person that it was something different. I think, maybe, he's trying to keep this image of professionalism by denying what he said vs. whats on paper. Ive tried over a course of several weeks to get his attention but keeps turning me away like my issues are unimportant. I wasn't asking for much, all I needed was a short letter with what I had, what he gave me for it, and a signature. In my first visits, I too thought he was very personable, but alas, it was all a facade. I advise going somewhere else that actually see you as a priority and not just profit.

Appointment was ahead of schedule, staff was nice and friendly and Dr. Freitas took his time and really made me understand my treatment! Looking forward to my next visit!
Great doctor. He is an excellent diagnostician. He has discovered several things early that could have been a problem. Very intelligent, personable and pragmatic.

He used to be my primary til I changed insurance but he was always warm and helpful . His ability to diagnose conditions is far superior to many other family practice physicians I have encountered.
Nicest and doc I've ever met with a Genuine concern for my well being. Relatable, specifically because he speaks at a human level vs a "higher than mighty, in a physician and you're not" level. Highly recommend.
