Great Doc!
Dr. Botts Saved my life. I was hospitalized due to another Dr's negligence. The Infectious Disease Dr. was the one who referred Dr Botts to me. He had to completely reconstruct my sinuses. He had patience, out of the box problem solving when a general course of action wouldn't work and didn't dismiss me. Being respected and treated like a person and not a science experiment or a paycheck was a very nice change in this day of robotic care.
Dr Botts is very professional he knows his specialty well and has great bedside manor. I had 2 other sinus surgeries with another Ent which cause much pain discomfort and permanent damage of my tear ducts. Dr Botts recently did sinus surgery to clean out sinus's and did it correctly with minimal pain. Dr Botts will go out of his way for you. He understands and goes out of his way to help and understand you. He is both empathetics and genuine. I would reccommend him to everyone and his nurse and staff are just as professional and caring.
