I as a case manager have lost communication with the physicians ; I am assuming that this is due to the personnel changes as I have always had wonderful communication with Dr. Stein I send all my family and friends to this office as I feel Dr. Stein is the most professional and gracious pain management in Pensacola. I now find I can't get answers, reports or even personal notes to him from other physicians. I hope Dr. Stein is reviewing these reviews to bring notice to this issue. The stars are for communication in the office certainly not Dr. Stein's service
I have been seeing my primary care for 10 to 12 years and this is my first time I've ever done anything like this
The staff was very personable and professional from the front desk to the RN
I've never met them before and have no reason to not tell the truth
It was my first visit and you don't have that big of difference just like that
If you truly need PM this is the place to go
With regards to the low reviews the individuals posting had to have ulterior motives
Dr Tunke took her time with me and thought outside the box with regards to my further care
This place is a waste of your time! Originally didn't want a narcotic treatment. When pain got worse they refused any pain meds bc I made the decision not to take pain meds at first. Then they discharged me! What a joke! Don't waste your time here very unprofessional in taking in patient concerns with meds.
I was so impressed on my way home i called my primary care physician and told them that anytime they had to send anyone to PM i highly recommend Dr Tunke
