I was referred to him for deviated septum and pylops. He and his staff are nice. But don't need anything if one of them is going on vacation cause you out of luck. They did my surgery 8 days ago. So far everything I know I found out looking on line. Greg the nurse told me to do the rinse 5 times a day and count down to 1 in 6 weeks. That's it!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to make a appointment and DEBBIE the front desk manager is so very rude. She rushes you off the phone and told me I cant help you here so bye and hung up in my face. People like this do not deserve a Manager position. I'm a Manager for Escambia County myself and that's not Quality assurance. When I called back to Speak with Debbie some other lady answered stating that Debbie was gone when she had just hung up on me this is so very rude. DO NOT GO HERE... This was just my experience from trying to make a appointment so I only can imagine the treatment on the inside of this office. DEBBIE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!!
He is a terrible doctor. He screwed up my mothers sinus surgery so bad several years ago that she has had to have several brain surgeries and still has a CSF leak and other problems. He refused to admit any wrong doing or mistake. Then he had the ego to lie right to her face. The doctors at Shans, Johns Hopkins, and Mayo have all said she was lucky to be alive and that she should have died on the table.
It is my understanding that this is not the first error he has made in surgery. DO NOT go to this doctor. He should not have a license!
