Dr. Lundquist-Smith has been my doctor for two years now. All I can say is that she is fantastic!
Great Doctor & Staff. Gave plenty of notice before the move plus a letter & phone call before my appointment.
My family and I are lucky to have found Dr. Lundquist. She is compassionate and works with us in explaining complex issues in layman's terms to both us parents and our kids. She does not preach and gives you a say in your treatment plan. She also goes to bat for you if the insurance company balks at providing what is in your best interest. I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to establish with her. I can't imagine someone having a legitimate bad word to say about her.
Very disappointed in the care I received. I am very involved in my healthcare and was looking for a provider to partner in my healthcare and work together. I feel like she just throws pills at the problem. She refuses to manage a thyroid condition I have and forces me to go to an endocrinologist. Takes her office a long time to return phone calls. Days sometimes even.
I had a hard time with coping with my severe anxiety disorder and it was a trial and error process as far as meds, bit she was diligent in getting me the help I needed with a combination of medicine and therapy.
This is the wrong address. The doctor has moved to 5100 N 12th Ave . I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and it was canceled because I went to the wrong location. It would have been nice if I was told that the doctor moved less than 2 months ago when I called to schedule the appointment. The receptionist was rude and not understanding of a person that is in pain.
I now feel like a functioning and productive member of society, and if it wasn't for her taking the time to help and work with me I honestly don't know where I'd be. I owe my life to her in every sense. Thanks Dr. Lundquist-Smith! You're a life saver!!
