Very unprofessional !!!! Wrote me a prescription for tramadol and I'm allergic to it!!!!! Gave me a prescription for people who have seizures and the side effects had me feeling crazy!!! I asked him for a particular medicine that help and he refused to give me what I asked for. Yeah I'm pissed and paid all this money for him to see me less than ten minutes . Really??? I hope that he see my review and remember me!!! He's about the money he's just getting money!!!! I'm upset and I spoke to his assistant , expressed all this stuff and never got a call , no apology!!! I hope no one has to go through what I went through. Unprofessional Doctor!!! Staff seems to be nice!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a referral appointment Feb 3. The doctor said I needed a sleep study and his office would set it up and get back with me in a week. 2 weeks past and I called the doctors office to check the status they said to call back in a week. I called back and they said they would call me back in a few days. I waited a week and heard nothing so I visited the office to check the status and they said they would set it up and call me back. Now almost 2 months later still no info. I can't believe the unprofessional manner in which I have been treated. I am going to request that my insurance company not pay them and I guess I wasted money on a co-pay. If you value your time and your health please find another doctors office that cares about their patients. Quite possibly the worst medical establishment I have ever visited.
Dr Kotlarz assured me that bump on the side of my nose was a cyst and advised he had remove many in his career. To make a long story short the lump was a very rare form of skin cancer a and I have nothing nice to say about this doctor.
He almost killed me. He had a CAT scan done it showed that I still had a sinus infection after my first surgery ( that he did in a surgery clinic) so he did a second surgery, but this time in the office. and no post-operation antibiotics. When I called him complaining about how I felt he yelled at me. When I went to the ER. after the spinal tap they said I was minuets away from a brain infection. A week and a half in the hospital and a month room bound at home with a PIC line in my arm. GO TO DR. Kevin Botts instead. he's the one who had to do complete reconstructive surgery to my sinuses.
The doctor was excellent and the staff was professional.
