Dr. Ayli and his team of nurses do a tremendous job making sure their patients are taken care of promptly and efficiently to the best of their ability. The care they provide is out of this world and they work together as a caring and loving team. The intelligence that Dr. Ayli passes down threw his nurses to the patients is beyond words to describe. Dr. Ayli's compassion for his patients even after the surgery is phenomenal! The best bedside manner from both the nurses and doctor. I would recommend any and everyone who is looking for a FANTASTIC MOHS surgeon with a remarkable team!!! the most trustworthy people to put your faith in to take care of any of your skin cancer needs!!

My experience with the Henghold surgery group -specifically Dr. Ayli and his nurses - has been by far the WORST medical experience in my life. The surgery and the collection of my money went like clockwork of course. However, the post-operative follow-up on their part has been beyond terrible, as neither Dr. Ayli nor any nurses have shown the least bit of patient care or concern towards me. One week after having a cyst removed, I went back to see Dr. Ayli because I was concerned it was not healing properly. He looked at it and assured me it was OK, even knowing it was discharging fluid every day. One week later I had my stitches out and asked again if it was OK since the wound looked horrible and was still draining. Again, Dr. Ayli said it was fine. One of his nurses however told me that it didn’t look good at all. The stitches came out and the next day I had to rush again to the office due to major discharge from the wound. Now, Dr. Ayli looks at it and says YES it is infected! It did not get infected overnight, which means it was infected likely the whole time. Why could he not tell this before?? This is on a Thursday. They take a culture sample that day, put me on an antibiotic and tell me by Monday they should have the results and they will call me. No call Monday, so I call the office in the afternoon and leave a message on his nurse's line and nobody returns my call. I call back on Tuesday and leave a message on his nurse’s line and nobody calls me back. I call on Wednesday and speak to a front desk woman (Edie - she was absolutely as nice as can be) who tells me the culture results are back and Dr. Ayli is supposed to look at them that day. No return call on Wednesday. No call at all on Thursday. I call again Friday and speak to the same nice front desk person and at this point I have to plead for someone to call me back. I have no idea how my wound is recovering or what they found from the culture. Dr. Ayli and his entire nursing staff have ignored me. I have gotten better treatment at the return counter at Walmart! To all of the doctors and nurses at Henghold skin group, the patient experience isn’t over when the surgery is over. As long as there is on-going after care involved you have a COMMITMENT to ME – the patient, to make sure I am getting the best care possible. You could not have performed worse and I would never recommend your group to anyone! I hope I do not have any complications from the infection.

Wonderful staff and Physicians. You feel like a long time patient the first visit. Dr Branch and Dr Ayli are phenomenal. 7 visits in 6 weeks and no long wait times.

I recently had Mohs surgery at Henghold office. Dr. Ayli was kind enough to give me a call personally after he did my surgery. He is extremely compassionate and caring! The post operative care was a pleasant experience and the scar from my surgery on my nose is non existent. I have never had a better experience in my life at a medical office.
