Had been trying to get appt. after 5 voicemails unreturned from doctors office then finally get call back and as I’m pulling in they called wanting to reschedule but then when I went inside The son of doctor who is apparently the receptionist is the rudest most unprofessional person that I have ever seen. he Said that they werent going to see me cause I have Medicare and not 65 years old so I offered to pay cash and once again he got attitude even worse and I told him I had talked to his mom doctors wife that she made the appointment and knew everything about me and had no issues with me becoming a patient emailed me new paitient packet to have what I need when I got there to be seen I got there right on time and not early or late I might add cause they will cancel appt for that too....just Very unprofessional and I will be reporting him...
He is no longer at this location, he is now on university. I love my doctor, he is careful and pays attention to what you are going thru, yes, his office is extremely busy, and yes you do have to wait a hot minute, but I promise he is worth it! They have been having phone issues and you really need to be patient, but you will get the help you are needing. The front office is a bit chaotic, but they have not been at this location long, so the are trying their best to get everything organized, again, please be patient. He has a lot of patients, and apparently we trust him with our health concerns. He is a good doctor!!!
