Room was comfortable. Had issue with hot water mentioned it to front desk told me to run water for a few minutes old hot water system. Did that still no hot water. Doors to room closed loudly making it hard to sleep at times. It's ok for a super short stay.
This hotel is NOT anywhere close to a 5 star. I only gave a one because I wanted to warn everyone. We booked on a whim and let me tell you probably the worst experience. First things first. No breakfast, NO ice! room was remodel but smelled horrible, AC was loud and would turn OFF when leaving the room, NO HOT WATER repeat...NO HOT WATER! tub stopper removed and wouldn’t stay in the hole, No stopper in sink, No Kleenex. One positive the bed was comfy. I wanted a refund but got charged $62.50. Trust my review.
