This is my second year staying at this hotel and found a couple of employees working here from my previous stays. It was like a family reunion between Dusty, Gail and I. Front desk employees are awesome! Rachael went out of her way to help remove Halloween makeup and always made time to talk with me. Dusty, same thing, was here last year and again this year. He remembered me and I him. Very pleasant and fun to talk with...LOVE his personality. Chris, another great employee! Took an interest in my Grandsons and gave restaurant recommendations. What Nana doesn’t want to talk about her Grandsons? Everyday he made time to ask something about my grandsons. Made me feel as if I was the only guest staying here! Michelle was pleasant to talk with and listened to me! Thank you. Saving the best for last...Gail! She interacts well with the guests and sure knows how to have fun at work while making sure everyone’s needs are met. She and I speak the same language! I hope if team meetings are held that good reviews are shared. (sign of good management skills) Share this one please...I meant what I wrote! Housekeeping...top notch! Rooms are clean, beds comfortable.
All is clean and spacious. Beds are as high as a pickup truck.
Showed up around 9pm without a reservation. The lady at the desk was super nice and took less than 5 minutes to help us book a room and get us checked in with no problems! Room was very clean and everything looks brand new.
I guess it's budget related. You can't spend what you don't have... (little sarcasm about American culture yes :-)
Of course there is room for improvement. Carpet in hallways is new and excellent, but in the rooms they still have old carpet.
Funny trivia. Someone probably lost his job over the faucets here. Verbal and printed instructions everywhere on how to operate it...

My experience here at the Holiday Inn Express was extremely good. The Hotel is clean and close the Naval Air Station. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The front desk associates Chris and Rachel were super friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions on restaurants and places to visit in Pensacola. I don't know the ladies name that gets up super early to serve breakfast, but she has a beautiful smile and is super friendly. The janitorial staff are also really helpful and very nice. Thanks to all of you!! We loved our stay with you, hope to see you soon.
We were so happy we found this hotel. We liked the beds very much. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great, too. We will probably return to this hotel when we return to the area.
Elevator was down 5 of the 7 days of our stay. Had two rooms (anyone who has stayed here can calculate the total cost) and was compensated 10%. How generous! Sarcasm! Will not stay at this location again! 3 stars ONLY because of the staff. Poor management!
