They have very nice renovated rooms. It was very relaxing. UNTIL I noticed on my bank statement I was over charged. Front desk clerk was very nice but the management is very POOR. They have no help. The clerk couldn't find my file right away. She went ask for help and the own manager could not assist. I did not get refunded right away. An you can not get a hold of the manager rala. He does not return phone calls. And doesn't act like he cares. Finally after a week I spoke to him he was able to refund my card. But was VERY RUDE & NO GUEST SERVICE. He just seemed like a scammer. Front desk clerk apologized but he didn't. No breakfast. No weight room. No bar. No restaurant as advertised. They charging FULL PRICE on top of that. Totally unbelievable. The manager rala is out to get your money. Don't stay here!!!!
This was by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. First off I have to say one good thing. The housekeeping manager was fantastic!!! Couldn't of asked for a better person!! Amazing job amazing guest service! Now for the negative. We showed up 4 days ago due to the hurricane. We chose this place Instead of the others because it seemed to have better reviews and a complimentary breakfast. We get to our room and the toilet won't flush unless you hold the handle down. No big deal, then the next thing I know the toilet seat is rocking... We go in and try to fix the toilet handle ourselves. We temporarily fixed it ourselves. I go to brush my teeth in the sink and there is absolutely no cold water. Burning hot water. I have 2 little kids who could of burned themselves! I told the front counter and her words were" it will be a while before he gets to it" no I'm sorry, no we will get to it as soon as possible. I go to open one of my plastic containers and a roach climbed out! There was no complimentary breakfast. The waffle machine was "broken". Well where is the fruit or cereal?? They were suppose to have free coffee 24 hours. They said we don't have any coffee. What??? Another excuse, it's because they just opened 3 months ago?? Don't you think you things would be in working order?? One of the ladies at the front counter was rude and moody, she didn't even act like she wanted to be there. I don't care how busy you are, I don't care when you opened, guest service has to be great, no excuses!! The housekeeper was busy and running around all over and exhausted and she still had an AMAZING attitude! So disappointed in this place.

Big newly remodeled rooms, Had a pool which was a plus. All the doors are interiors and you need a key card to get in the building which I found comforting. The front desk clerks where very nice and gave me a good idea to where I should park my car so I'm closest to my room. Can't wait to come back and see what more great things this hotel is going to offer.
Absolutely the worst customer service! Nice renovation of room if only the AC worked, no ice, no breakfast, my room key didn't work after lugging all my stuff upstairs. To top it off when I complained about no AC and it 90 in the room already all I got from the counter person was she is working on it and she having problems with her computer and a lobby full of check-ins. Not an apology or anything. I was the lowest on her list. This was all on September 2, 2017. Hope they fire her after I speak to management. She should not be in customer service!
