Staff was super friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and all the info we needed. Room was great! Not your typical hotel style and I loved It! Great location, only 20 minutes to the bay and situated right in the city. Breakfast buffet was spot on with many options that were fresh. Everything was clean, housekeeping staff does a fantastic job and even greeted when we were walking through the hall!
My husband and I stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely loved it. The room was clean and the bed was wonderful. The staff even made our stay seem like we were with family. So thanks to Thomas, Vance, Maya, Lulu and Eugenia and all the housekeeping staff, you guys are awesome and are rock stars. Can't wait to go back.
This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are great and it's pretty quiet. The staff are polite and friendly. The hot breakfast every morning is a plus and they provide something different every morning. The hotel is also in walking distance to eateries and a couple of shopping centers. I've enjoyed my stay here.
My family stayed here during the weekend of the Blue Angels air show. It was about a 30 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. We stayed in a suite with 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa, it fit all 5 of us well. The beds were very comfortable with pillow top mattresses. The bathroom was large and the fixtures were modern. Our room overlooked the pool so it was a little noisy until the pool closed. The breakfast was good as well. There was a hot bar with eggs, Canadian bacon, oatmeal, country potatoes, waffle station and assorted pastries, cereals, fruit and juice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
