Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Just a 25 min walk to downtown. Would have rated it 5 stars except the TV did not work well, had to reset it myself in order to get it to work. Also I requested a pack n play which was not initially delivered for me. Apart from those 2 minor problems, great experience
Loved every minute! My family of four stayed at Residence Inn for a week this past labor day weekend. The suite was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and responsive. I suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to pensacola. We have tried many other hotels in Pensacola, but the location, size of the rooms and amenities offered make this hotel our favorite.
I stayed here on an extended business trip and can honestly say that I do not have any complaints about my stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly from day one. I felt safe and loved being so close to the bay. My family and I would take evening walks to enjoy the scenery. The location was perfect, being close to the downtown business district, and we were within a short drive to Pensacola Beach. I highly recommend this hotel if you want great service, good atmosphere, and a comfortable room.
We had a great overnight stay! The room was comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown area. Would recommend!
I loved it here! My husband came for business and I got to enjoy the benefits. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with the most friendly staff. Evening mix n mingle was also I think above what we expected with grilled burgers and all the fixings beer wine soda and also friendly staff house keeping staff also wonderful we stay for 5 weekdays with our dog Parks within walking distance. Restaurants within walking distance just an overall great place to stay worth every penny. The $100 pet deposit also not to much to ask if you care about your pets and can bring them along. Can't wait to come back home away from home. Checking out today didn't want to wait to thank them I'm a wife of a COO I hope your COO appreciates you all !!!!
