Just bought a bed and mattress from Mattress Outlet on Davis Hwy in Pensacola. Stephanie was incredibly knowledgeable & beyond helpful. She helped me find a very specific mattress because I was looking for a particular brand/model/year. The entire process was as convenient as could be. From a very vague description of what I was shopping for, she texted photos of bed frames & was able to find exactly the style I wanted. I was able to complete my purchase over the phone and received my new bed and mattress within a week. Even the delivery guys were awesome. They were meticulous and didn't leave a trace of packaging behind after they fully assembled my new bed -complete with the mattress & cover - and made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it in the bedroom. A+++ value and service from Mattress Outlet, I couldn't have been happier with my entire experience. I most definitely recommend them!

Stephanie Allen was THE REASON I drove across town and bought my wonderful mattress and pillows on the spot! She spent time with me explaining the differences in memory foam verses other mattresses. I can't tell how valuable her knowledge was and her patience with me both in the phone and in person!
