I would not give this dump a star but had to the staff is threatening and horrible the rooms are digesting my bed sheets had blood and stains on them the towels had stains the floor and walls were filthy Refrigerator did not work and 2 microwaves didn't either. The police rolls up their pants legs before entering this property because it's the worse hotel with all kinds of nastiness there are drug deals, night walkers getting paid for sex, sex offenders, human trafficking theft to name just a few things the manager is hateful and likes to argue with you the breakfast is a joke DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR SAFETY SAKE AND HEALTH
Our stay at Key West Inn started out poorly since there was no one at the check in desk. I literally left and returned 10 minutes later. However the actual check in was fairly quick and the attendant remained friendly although he seemed frazzled by several phone calls while trying to complete my check in. The double queen room was good for the price. It seemed fairly clean but there were some repairs that needed to be done including some unfinished spots on the bathroom wall. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and other bedding seemed clean. We had 2 old styled TVs in our room which seemed odd but they worked well and the cable provided offered numerous channels. The refrigerator and microwave were clean as well as the kitchen cabinets and counter. There was an old beer bottle in the trash can in the bathroom which was the only trashcan in the entire room. The kids and I spent a lot of time in the pool which was small but nicely maintained. The continental breakfast had limited choices but the waffle maker made up for it. Overall, our stay was nice.
Excellent service. Very polite staff. Good deal for your money. Only 20-30 minutes to the beach. I will stay here if life brings me through Pensacola again.
God awful! The guy at the front desk was very nice an apologized for everything. The first room we got the door didn't work. We found an interior door that did and the room was probably supposed to be out of order. No shower curtain or rod. There was some kind of vent cover left on the floor, dirt everywhere and the beds weren't made. The second room was even worse. Blood on the pillow and roaches in the bed! Can't get my money back either. I should have listened to the damn reviews! Never again! They deserve zero stars! The place should be bulldozed!
My three night stay was decent for a low rating motel. Always a good perk is WiFi a important key factor for a pleasant stay. The Key West Inn cleanliness is maybe a 3 or 4 outta 5, for there was clean bathroom, made beds, clean floors, but there was a undumped fridge. It seems the maids didn't have enough time to want to check the fridge for trash, or either the mini trash bin of whatever waste content.
