Stayed at this hotel a few nights ago, on the way to visiting family. Hotel staff were pleasant. Rooms looked like they needed updating. Fridge and microwave were conveniently located in room. Mattress felt like it had seen better days--felt the springs. Woke up in the middle of the night to see bed bugs crawling on the bedding. Killed one and noticed other signs of bed bugs elsewhere on bedding. It was 3AM and my family was fast asleep and moving to another hotel or room was too inconvenient. We were only staying the night, so I turned on the lights and checked the bedding until sunrise and reported it to front desk that morning. They immediately sent up "maintenance" who came to our room. I showed him the stains where one bug was killed and gave him the bed bug that I had collected in a sandwich bag. He said that he would show it to the front desk. The staff did not contact me after that. When we left, I requested a refund. And that they "already did" and printed out a new statement reflecting this. It was strange that management did not contact me, ask if anyone had been bitten, or give information about how to prevent transferring these bugs. I felt as if I had not requested the refund, it would not have been done. My rating is based on the infestation, condition of mattresses, and the fact that the staff did not contact me directly about a significant issue. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant.
Rooms are nice. Parking is not good...... get here early if you want parking... but other than that nice place centrally located

Location its a bit hidden from the side of the road, service was outstanding i tried checking in at 11 am and she did everything she could to get me in a room asap. Great experience.
3rd floor, king room. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice selection at breakfast bar. Staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location to I-110.
