I rented a room at this American INN location. I was placed in room 102 first and I had paid in advance for an entire week. They moved me to room 101 after I went and complained about the mysterious marks that begun to appear on my entire body my boss said it looked like bed bug bites. The owner refused to give me my money back so I could go find another hotel that did not have Bed bugs they said it must have came in with the last people who stayed in the room. I asked again for my money back as I did not want to take a chance on the new room having them as well. They again refused to give my money back said there was nothing they could do and I could not afford another room without my money back from these people. After being moved to the new room I noticed these bites were getting worse and worse and was making me sick and itchy all over my body my wife seen all the bites and knew what they were right away and said go get your money back and get out of that room. So again I went to the front to ask for my money back and was refused again my boos then called up to the hotel to tell them we wanted the money back so he could move the owners told him no and that both my boss and myself were banned from the property and that they would never rent to us again but they still did not give our money back. After 3 days I finally could not take it anymore and I left the room vacant as I was getting deathly sick. I even raised my pillow one night after seeing blood all over the sheets and was able to kill 6 or more of these bed bugs and lay them on the table to prove to the owner that he had a serious issue and to my surprise I still got no money back and no remorse from the owners. They flat out said nothing they could do about it and that we could not have our money back that it was in the agreement my wife also got ate up by these bed rugs when she came to visit as well but since she was not there as long then she did not get it as bad as I did. We even took pictures to prove the bites are real!

Horrible it has bed bugs in room 101 and 114..they are infested and should be closed down... I left abruptly after waking up out of my sleep to bed bugs biting me and crawling on my pillow.... Disgusting...
Its filthy i rented 102 an seen another person underwear under the bed from the last stay check out time if you are a second late the owner will come straight in the room i found a bugger on the wall in the bathroom and they don't wash the sheets..
