I have to say that West Florida Hospital is amazing! They put your needs first! I want to thank Dr. Payne (OBGYN) for coming in at night to help me to get better in my emergency state! I am so thankful for the er team that was there that night, I wish I could remember all of your names! I am so greatful to live close to this hospital. Again, thank you!!

Walk ins welcome? Not likey. Went to Cantonment location were I was told they weren't taking walk ins "today" and I should go to the 9 Mile Rd location. Guess what? They weren't taking walk ins either despite a large banner out front saying "Walk ins welcome". And guess where they wanted me to go? That's right, the location I just left. Ended up at Davis Hwy location where I have been seen several time's before. They were able to see me, but they had lost my information. Had me in the system with a 30 year old address, wrong number, no medical history and had to reenter my insurance info and I had just been there a month ago.
