Everyone knows there are pros and cons to all facilities. Some of the staff here is exemplary (Steve ,Kathy and possibly more) while others, including upper management are obviously at their daily grind.
My mom was here for week before she passed away and she had nothing bur amazing things to say about the facility. She LOVED the food (which was amazing because she was very picky), she raved about the rehab she was getting and would tell us all the things she had done that day in rehab.
Had my mother there for rehab for over a month. After I strengthen out her meds and made sure they understood her other problems evetything was fine.

horrible place my mom was there and i had to get her out. They do not know what they are doing there and treat the patients like low class people. Yell at them and degrade them. It should be torn down and made into a parking lot.
We certainly miss the days when Sister Mary Francis was at the helm. It was a home for other loved ones for many years without any difficulties.
During our stay, a careless aid rolled our loved one out of bed and onto floor while changing her. Shortly thereafter, management discharged our loved one who had become completely bed bound and dependent on others for everything with only two days notice. Not ideal care or discharge but the location was convenient. Be certain you have an assertive advocate stay with your loved one if possible.
SHe really enjoyed being there and that made us very happy knowing her last days were great and she was happy.
