Waited 2 months for appointment with female primary care Dr. Lundquist-Smith. They called to remind me of appt. I showed up for appt. and was told I was to see a male Dr. that Dr. Lundquist-Smith wasn't seeing new patients. I did NOT appreciate my Dr. being changed WITHOUT notifying me...especially when I specifically requested a female Dr.
Dr Atwood and the staff were awesome here!! Best urgent care experience I’ve had. I felt they were very thorough, informative, and kind.
Ms. Sharon in the lab is a brilliant phlebotomist. She found my vein when others couldn't, and she jabbed it in one try with the quickness of a rattlesnake. My blood collection was fast and nearly painless!
I see Dr. Layla Lundquist-Smith and have for years I love her!!!! ALTHOUGH I HATE THE WAIT! I wait for an hour in the room! It's awful like right now I'm sitting in this room since 10:20 and now it is 11:10 so almost an hour already waiting to be seen with an appointment! If I could change anything it would have to be this wait time!
I've also visited urgent care here and received excellent care and service. I will be back--or maybe I'll even finally choose a primary care doctor, like they all urged me to, since they have some working in the same building.
I was here on their second day being open after getting sick on vacation. Everyone was very nice, professional and efficient. Dr. Atwood was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could have him as my regular physician. He was so professional, thorough and personable. He made what could have been an awful experience actually pleasant.
