I had surgery here earlier this year. All doctors, nurses and staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable and at ease. Would recommend to anyone.
I would like to take the time to thank all the wonderful staff that took care of me while I was in the hospital the Doctors, nurses, lab, the wonderful ladies that cleaned my room and food services. When you have caring people like that it makes a difference to how you heal and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you
My Grandaddy has been here for three days now. The doctor was suppose to come in within 24 hours of seeing him and it's been two days now. The nurses don't use hand sanitizer when coming in.
On the CARDIOLOGY UNIT there were about 11 different call lights going off and none of the nurses were getting up.
My grandad was having chest pains and so he pressed the call button. It took exactly five minutes for the nurse to finally come in.
Huge shout out to Kristi in the OBGYN department! I feel like I am super important to her. I really love the genuine care that was/is being provided to me! Thank you West Florida for employing such a wonderful person!!!! They were able to get me in to ease my stress:)
Patients who stay at this hospital are risking their health. Please don't come here.
This hospital sucks. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this hospital. IT SUCKS.
This place is hit or miss. Sometimes you get good care, sometimes it's awful. The wait time is always ridiculously long. I went several times over the course of several months with the same symptoms. I was always given a different answer and nothing was ever done. FINALLY, I got a good triage nurse who recognized the symptoms and ordered an ultrasound only to discover my gallbladder was diseased. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because they did finally correctly diagnose the problem.
