Everytime I come here for service the team is very professional and knowledgeable. They also have snacks which is a huge plus. They are a bit pricey; however, their work is good. They don't try to swindle you.
I haven't even taken my truck in for repair yet, but the customer service I received by a lady named Donna has been outstanding. She went out of her way to get everything I needed ordered, so when I drop my truck off I wont be waiting on any parts.
Very friendly sales staff and management. We didn't have to wait long for help looking at SUVs for my mom. They took the time to show us what they had compared to what she wanted. We will be there agian.
I was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement, vehicle multi-point inspection and a recall issue to complete. I arrived at my appointment on time and was immediately welcomed and told everything would be taken care in approx. an hour and forty five minutes. It only took an hour and twenty minutes. I was given status updates often and everything was perfect. They even washed my truck. It's nice when things work as they should. Well done Vince Whibbs!
