I was working in Iowa when I saw the jeep I knew I had to have. I called Chris Carroll Automotive and spoke with Donnie Lewis. He made buying the jeep simple and easy. I bought it sight unseen from 900 miles away. He took pics of the entire jeep and sent them to me. The jeep was exactly as he describe and the pics did it no justice. It was even more immaculate than I imagined when I saw it in person. Easy to deal with and no hassle from them. They did it all, so I walked in signed the papers and walked out within 15min. Best place to buy Chris Carroll Automotive!!
I gave this place 5 stars because of their vehicle selection, cleanliness of the lot, very nice people, and the salesman's work ethic. Although, the salesman are not very knowledgeable of the financing part of buying a vehicle, and honestly my salesman told me he really didn't care if he sold me a vehicle because he was retired and this was just a job to get him out of the house. I went there with my truck and $3,500 to trade on a vehicle, they worked for hours only to say that they couldn't find a bank that would do the trade, so I left there and went to another lot and trade for a vehicle $15,000 more than the vehicle I was trying to get here and with $0 down. So if you have cash money I would recommend this place, but don't try to finance through them because you'll be there for hours only to leave empty handed.
My husband and I love Chris Carroll automotive. We bought a 4runner there a few months back and just bought an f150 yesterday. Both times, we had a great experience. The employees don't hassle and the owner made sure we were satisfied. Great vehicles, reasonable prices, and wonderful people! Highly recommend!
Donnie Lewis at Chris Carroll Automotive has sold me every single car I've owned over the past 20 years and has bent over backwards to get me the best deal not only on my vehicles but the best financing and interest rates available.
