My sales rep was Craig and he was very nice and didn't push me to make a decision on buying that day. He was glad to walk the lot with me and look at all of the cars and kept my price range in mind when showing me cars. I got a great deal on my RAV 4 and I'm very glad I bought it from them!
I've been a Bob Tyler Toyota customer for almost 20 years and bought several cars from them and the sales people have always been excellent Justin was exceptional.
What an experience we had with this dealers service department. Let me begin with we have been loyal Toyota owners since 1991......and every one has only been serviced by Toyota dealers.....so we value our relationship with Toyota. Having said this.....we scheduled a 3:00 PM oil change for today and it's now 5:43 PM and I just got home WITHOUT an oil change. We were told the wait would be an hour and 15 minutes. After about 2 hours I noticed our Highlander parked outside the Express Oil building....waited a bit....went outside to ask when we can get our car and pay for our oil change. This is when I was informed the car was in line for service not finished....and there were two more people in front of me. It's been a long time since someone disregarded the value of our time to this degree. After reading the reviews......all the one stars are about service. I hope the owner sees what's going on and makes the much needed changes. We finally just asked for our car back......I asked why with an appointment we have to wait so long.....the guy told me....we schedule the same amount of appointments everyday. So you do this to people on a daily bases? I guess we do.
Justin let me test drive three cars and after I was done purchasing, he had my new car cleaned once again (it was already clean when I saw it the first time) and while I was signing the papers he took the car to a gas station and filled the tank for me. Not only that, he also drove my new car to the rental office so that I could drop off the rental I was driving.
Went stopped into Bob Tyler a few months back just kicking around the idea of a new car. We met Brandon and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We left with alot to consider and never felt pressured to make a decision that day. Yesterday we decided we wanted to buy a Tundra and went back to Brandon, again treated with nothing but respect, he was patient while we decided between two trucks, and went over everything on the truck with us after the sale! I have no complaints, it was a speedy process with zero pressure. We have purchased many vehicles in the past and I highly recommend anyone to Brandon!!!
Since it was late and we didn't have time to go over all of the details about the car, he told me to come back the next day so that he could go over with me. I did that, and once again he was the most attentive and patient person in solving the network problems between the car and the phone. He also helped me via text with several other questions I had about the car when I was home like setting up the garage link control visor.
Sultan Nasser is fantastic! Greatly enjoyed looking at vehicles with his assistance. Not only friendly, but very outgoing and willing to work hard to ensure my questions were answered and that the looking experience was stress free. He will work hard to get you a good deal, but will also be realistic and help you find options to meet your resources - a winning combination! Great experience from start to finish! My salesperson, Justin Brown, greeted my as soon as I parked my car. He was the most attentive car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. The best thing about him was his positive attitude towards helping me find a car the whole time I was there. I believe I arrived there around 5 pm and left at 9:30 pm.
We will never be back.....and as for a great sales force....we have been thinking about our next Toyota and I spent a lot of (my wasted) time checking out the Land Cruiser .......no one ever approached me. All around loses.
