This is a Great Dealer. I was traveling from Saint Louis Mo to visit my son on the Navy Base and broke Down on this past Holiday weekend. When Ford could not get me repaired before Tuesday I called this location and explained my situation . The people their went out of their way to get me repaired and back on the road. They were able to locate correct the part as well. While waiting I saw a lot of customers and potential customers, they all left smiling. I am very familiar with these type of Lots and I must say I rate this one at the Top.
I did not end up purchasing from them, but the salespeople where polite and courteous. Willing to make a deal. Good selection of used vehicles.
If I could, I would give them less! I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic in what looked like a car in great condition. Went in to sign papers and found out it was being sold under a rebuilt title. They showed me a pic of the damage to the right side front that supposedly occurred . They also told me that airbags have been replaced and the airbag light is still on because the owner said it was too expensive to have the light removed. Went to go get a front end alignment, I was called back to the service station and was told the two front were bald and showing steel! So, I had to pour money on 4 tires and rims because I work with special needs children and didn't want to take a chance on the original set. About 2 months ago, I started having issues with the right front end. It progressively got worse, so I took to a mechanic in my city. He put the car on the lift and began to move the tire back and forth because it was loose and all of a sudden the whole wheel and what the wheel is attached to came off the rod and the a large bolt fell below. I began to cry! I had my niece and other families children in this car with the possibility of this falling off on a highway with these precious children in the car scared me to death. The mechanic was not happy either and said who ever fixed the car from the wreck did not properly tightened all the bolts. So he fixed the car for me and didn't even charge me because I could have been hurt or killed (along with the kiddos) and he felt bad that someone would sell a car in that way. Also, having a rebuilt title finding car insurance (full coverage) is nearing impossible. The cheapest coverage I could get $423.00 down and $311 a month. Even the two insurance agents that they sent me to, asked me, "Why don't you get another car, because not very many car insurance companies will deal with rebuilt titles anymore (full coverage). I have had this car for only 6 months! Never again and please don't buy through them!!! Please. Oh, I was able to see how much they paid for the car, which was around $3,400 and put in what was said $1,000 to fix it. Salesman said, it was probably less than $600 because the owner is cheap! Then they sold it to me tax, title, interest and cost of the car for over $18,000! Boy, I was not wise on this purchase.
