I came to Allen Turner Hyundai in hopes of purchasing a new Sonata. I have had credit issues in the past and concerned about being able to financially afford a car loan. Upon meeting and discussing my options with my sales person, Robin Wolff, I immediately felt comfortable and she handled everything in the most professional manner. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted and before I knew it, I was leaving in my new Sonata 2018. I would not hesitate to recommend Allen Turner Hyundai dealership and Robin Wolff to anyone wanting a new car experience.
I found the car I was looking for at the right price. They were great to work with. When the tax, tag, title, and document fee were added to the price, it was a little higher than I had planned to spend, but they compromised with me to get the truck within my budget. The unusual part was when signing papers, we had to sign one that said the dealership had not inspected the car; that was our responsibility. Then it said if the car breaks into two halves tomorrow, you own both halves. Statements like that aren't a good way to instill confidence in the dealership, but the truck drove 100 miles home just fine. Hopefully it won't fall apart tomorrow....Edited to add: After a few days of having the truck, I really like the truck, but I don't like the dealership, so I am lowering the stars on my review to 2. Their response (see below) indicates that the truck I bought was supposed to go to auction, but I found it when it was posted for sale on the website, so it obviously wasn't going to auction. Every vehicle you sell should be inspected and repaired before you post them for sale on the website. Since buying the vehicle, I have discovered that there is an interior light that doesn't work, the windshield washers don't work at all, and the navigation system has no maps for the southeast United States loaded. When we were test driving the car, I noticed the salesman playing with the radio/navigation unit, and I saw the navigation screen flash on momentarily. I think he realized there were no maps, but he didn't say anything about it. I cannot support a dealership that is more concerned with making quick profits than making sure the vehicles they sell are in good condition. There is a lack of customer service here.
