I purchased a car from Bill Haven Cars Inc. Though I had a bit of trouble with my vehicle, the problem was resolved by the agreed upon warranty at purchase with the friendliness that was and always is bestowed upon all entering the dealership. It's difficult to find a dealer or dealership that exude these qualities. I would recommend this family established/owned and family home style business to Pensacolians as well as those from afar. They really know how to do business (fair and square)!
This week I bought my second used car from Robin Haven.... The service, quality of car and overall experience was excellent. My first car was a KIA Sportage, excellent SUV.. never one bit of trouble in the 2 years I owned it... This is why I went back and bought another KIA. Bill Haven Cars, Inc. guarantee that at any time I can bring my car in if there is trouble.... They will make it right. In all the years I have bought cars, my experience has never been comparable to Bill Haven Cars! I would and have recommended this car lot to all of our friends and will continue to do so.
bought car from bill haven car had fluid leak keep taking car back problem never was resolved was told by bill haven that they service working peoples cars first. after they sell you a car they don't want to see you about your vehicle.
I love Bill Haven, his family has always treated us right and they are the absolute only dealer we trust. They'll do right by you no matter what, we went to a different dealer twice and both of those vehicles had hidden issues and the dealer left us screwed over. I even had a dealer promise to help fix a minor issue then cuss me out when I called to make an appointment! But not Bill Haven, they will do whatever they can to help you. Like our most recent purchase from them, they only had a valet key, when we tried to make copies we found out it could cost us $500 since we didn't have a master key. Well I called Robin and she said that they found one and that I could come get it! She saved us $500! Other dealers would've just kept that key or tossed it, I will always recommend them to friends and family, even a stranger that mentions they need a car!
