We are a single-income military family, and they were aware of this when selling us this vehicle. Yet I still feel that they intentionally took advantage of us. I felt disrespected and cheated. I intend to speak to Corporate Nissan regarding this situation and I also intend to send this to the BBB and the FTC to ensure that no other families are treated in such a way either. I intend on informing my chain-of-command so that they too can warn all new service members to this area to steer clear of this dealership as well.

My husband and I had a very poor experience here. So poor in fact, that after being Nissan owners for over the past decade, we refuse to buy another Nissan due to the customer service and outright fraudulent business practices we received from this dealership.
I was disrespected, hung up on, lied to, and made to feel stupid.
