I had a great experience at the service department. I received a check engine light on my 2014 320i over the weekend and called the service department on Monday morning. Mr. Glover gave me an appointment for Wednesday morning and also made a reservation for a loaner car. I arrived at 0940 and was on my way back to Panama City, Fl by 1140 after receiving a new thermostat (under warranty). There was no need for a loaner since the service was done so quickly. I will recommend Sandy Sansing and Mr. Glover to all my BMW driving friends.

I picked up a friend who was having work done on her car. She said the employee's in the service department were knowledgeable, fair & honest. They didn't try to rip her off. The problem was resolved with a simple wheel balance & alignment.
