The owner needs a BIG lesson in hospitality and customer service.. treating people inside looking for vehicles better rather than extending current customers a proper hello or decent conversation around unresolved issues not even 90 days into having the vehicle. When he can have a conversation and he not be a sarcastic jerk then I'll change the review not to mention I have the video of the conversation to prove it.. and me and my baby are looking to get a new car we were considering Rusty from my cousins referral but after taking her up there today #NOT I will spend my hard earned money with someone who can't talk to their customers with some respect & decency
Great atmosphere! Very professional and respectful. They are willing to work with you, especially when you pay and communicate when something is wrong if late. I have bought and paid off two cars and working on my third vehicle from Rusty Moye Auto and haven't had an issue. They are fair and easy to handle business with. If you want to buy from people that won't just take your money and sell you crappy vehicles then this is the place to be. Honest business, good people, nice vehicles.
