I had a very bad experience at this dealership. First off two weeks after buying a car from them the transmission went out. They tell me it's going to cost $1500 to fix it so when I go to pay them the price magically jumped to $1800, I wasn't happy but I paid it. Then a couple days later I call to check up on how everything is going and they tell me nothing had been done because I needed to pay them in cash instead of my debit card. Then on top of all that it took them two weeks to refund me my money due to the manager not doing the refund correctly the original time. So all in all I would not recommend buying a vehicle from these guys.
Our experience with Eddie Mercer Automotive was one of the best! The staff is very friendly and welcoming but Eddie Mercer and Andrew Jackson were AWESOME!! They truly do everything they can to make you happy and get the transaction handled as quickly as possible. It was nice not sitting around for hours waiting for them to tell you they will call you. Andrew stayed right on top of things and kept us well informed. If you are looking for a vehicle for any reason I highly recommend giving them a try. The service is awesome and they have a vehicle selection that would fit anyone's needs or desires. Our situation was complicated but they went above and beyond our expectations.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They promised they would fix the exhaust on the car I picked. They never did. The AC went out 2 weeks after I got the car and they had me come down there 6 different times over 6 months "looking" at what the problem was. always promising they were ordering the parts and would call me when they came in. They never called back and would only return my calls if I called multiple times. They never fixed any of the things they said they would. On a 2012 car that I pay $400 a month for.
We had a fabulous experience with Eddie Mercer Automotive! We had our daughter with us and were able to test drive SUVs with putting her car seat in them. We were not there for an exceptionally long time (which was nice with a toddler!!). The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. There was a great selection of cars/SUV's as well! I actually did not even get the SUV I initially went in to look at thanks to Drew! I got a much nicer one :)
