Haha. You guys have the lowest rating in all the car lots in pensacola. And there is a reason why. And when you make a mistake on the paper work, you charge people for it, and then repo their car so that they lose all their money. If yall would would have threaten me or my wife I would have had you guys put in jail. You are not above the law the way you think you are. Worst place ever. Crooks. Can't put zero stars or I would. Don't do business with these people. They are not your friend.
BUYERS BEWARE---This car lot is the worst.... I had my SUV for only four months and I had problems after problems... They will not fix anything and they will give you the run around... Save your money and don't go there.. I had to let my SUV go back a couple days ago and I lost money... Now they put the SUV back up for sale I know they didn't fix anything.. If you see a blue Toyota Sequioa stay away....
I bought an SUV with $1,200 down and paid it off 3 months later. Had no problems at all in dealing with this place. I will go to them for another.
Completely unprofessional scam artists! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Car City Autos. We brought it to an actual mechanic the same day who gave us a laundry list of things wrong with it. It would need $7000 in repairs before it would operate safely. We went back to Car City Autos with that estimate, and the salesman, Greg, said he would have their mechanic look at it. Well, THEIR mechanic said it was fine (imagine that), so not only would they not take the vehicle back THE SAME DAY, but they would not even take responsibility for the fact that they sold us a lemon. After much negotation, Car City Autos agreed to complete some of the required repairs, but went back on their word after the vehicle was paid in full. They are a horrible business with no professionalism or integrity. They make empty promises, and they try to scam honest hard-working people out of their money. I WOULD NOT EVER do business with them again. I am going to do my best to warn people not to purchase from these shady business people by writing on every review board that I can find.
If I could rate this place a negative number I would. Paid 4,100 for a car & 300 miles later I had to replace my transmission.
