To start off, I love Publix. Best grocery store here in Florida. This Publix is absolutely not like any other Publix. If you want to go to a store where there is only ever one lane open even if the store is almost full. Your business is all about customer service and making sure they leave happy, but how can you do that when you won't even help them. You just send everyone to the self checkout which ruined this Publix.
A BIG Shout out to Publix on University Pkwy. I bought a salad and when I got back to work to eat it well let's just say the lettuce had seen better days! I called up there to maybe have them take it off the shelf because I would hate to have someone else spend $8 to find the same thing. The manager delivered me a fresh salad to my work! Now that's customer service right there! Go Publix!
