My family and I have been coming to this store for a while, and lately certain problems have been getting increasingly worse: slow, late stocking, false advertising, and rude employees and even a rude manager. My mother (who has anxiety, by the way) came to this store at 10:30 in the morning and couldnt even buy anything, as most everything was either not in stock yet or being stocked. When she tried asking for help she was immediately told that "no one else has this problem" and was consistently talked down upon. When there was a problem with her card, the cashier was unhelpful and rude; finally he got the manager, but she didn't even know what was going on and was painfully rude too (turns out my mom entered her card number incorrectly, which I can understand considering she was shaking from trying not to cry and breakdown in front of two extremely unempathetic people just talking down on her and practically commanding her to try things that weren't even working). This entire incident was very bad for my mother's mental health; you people need to hire employees who can actually talk to people and help them. These types of incidents are painfully common lately. Hope this store goes out of business, which it probably is, considering the skyrocketing prices lately.
I've always know Publix to be a customer oriented organization but this establishment has proven to be an exception to those values. I will not visit again!

Absolutely to high priced. Grapefruit $1.89 per grapefruit. K cup coffee double the price at walmart and the commissary! Will not go back there again. They advertised the yogurt 10/$10. Yeah ok. I was charged $1.20 a piece..price gauldhing!
