Thank you, Publix employees!
I am reconsidering shopping at any place other than publix.. I had a very bad experience with you guys for the last few months.. finally today, the cashier had attitude for some reason.. she didn't look or engage with me as a customer in anyway.. just scanned my item poorly bagged them and handed me my receipt.. I went to put my things in the car while doing that I noticed my bologna bagged with chicken liver which is disgusting and unsafe to pack these two items together... I went back inside and spoke to the store manager who kindly fixed the issue by changing my bologna and packing the items separately ... I went home and I found that the cashier also packed my deli turkey cold cut with a fresh chicken together.. I didn't`t want to go back to the store again.. so I had to through the turkey away.. it is disgusting I am not sure If your store gives the appropriate training or not but to me it seems not.. when a cashier packs cold cuts with meats and some of the meats are leaking!! that`s says that your employees maybe don`t know about cross contamination.. or maybe she knows but the attitude drove her to not care of my kids getting sick of her intention neglect to healthy guidelines.
I have been going to the Publix Pharmacy for years. My longest wait was five minutes. Al has a great team working with him.
I actually look forward to grocery shopping at Publix! It is scrupulously clean and stocked, and the entire staff is as curteous as if it were the 1950's! (A rare commodity in current times). I always find what I need, thanx to staff and management, and am impressed with the new and unusual items I find there.
I always have a good time at publix. They keep clean and very friendly. The stores layout is pretty straightforward. Although I would definitely move the non grocery out of the center of the store. It always confuses me when Iam looking for something specific and all of sudden I am not in grocery any more.
Great experience every time I go there. The employees are genuinely happy, helpful and professional. Today I saw a young man being trained. The manager was watching to ensure everything was done correctly and smoothly. You could tell the employees really responded to her calm and gentle leadership. However, what was the most impressive was seeing cashier to baggers taking on the she same demeanor as her as they actively participated in the young man's training. I don't write a lot of reviews but felt this shopping experience deserved it.
