The lady at the front desk was extremely polite. However, this place makes its money from college students. When we went to move my son back onto campus, we found the ceiling of the unit had given out and everything inside was wet. All of his artwork, his flat screen t.v., his rug, his blankets and everything else in the unit were soaked. I understand needing insurance to cover a natural disaster or theft...I really do. However, your ceiling just gave out. No other unit had that problem. It was clearly a structural problem. The response we received? "Thank you for letting us know, you should have taken the insurance." We will tell every person we know in town and on campus to never use your facility. I hope you sleep well knowing that my son will not have any of his things that he has personally bought while putting himself through school.
