I have been a customer of this storage facility for several years. In fact, I was at this location since before Public Storage bought out the previous owner. I'm not in the area and I need to know my items are safe and clean. I have had only a few minor issues regarding the transfer of policy and terms of service, but nothing worth mentioning. One of the best things about this place is the friendly customer service. I'm horrible with names, however, there's a guy who's been there a while that always works fairly with me and, more recently, a woman named Shannon who has been phenomenal. Whenever she answers the phone, I know my issue will be resolved asap and my worries will fade. I really feel like Shannon has my back and its always comforting to know my precious things are in good hands when I'm away. Thank you guys!
