Reserved off spare foot and when I went to fill out my lease I was charged twice up front, I told the guy that he charged twice in two separate amounts but he "quickly" removed one amount four days later. It then caused financial issues because it didn't clear my bank for another six days! On top of that, the unit I'm renting is on the other side of town from where the office is. And I don't trust them on card payments anymore because the one guy bill admitted that when I was signing up for my lease, that was his first few days. The owner is very nice over the phone and I have not heard from him for a while but I did tell Bill that my second month should be free because that's what spare foot said along with my first month sounded been free as well due to being an AAA member. Not sure what's going on but I'm already looking for a new unit in town. This place is a joke, have already had a few close calls on wrecking my vehicle because of the entrance and the road around the Detroit location is all washed away and messed up really bad.

I called them to make them aware of the infestation. They said they are not responsible for rodents in their facility. Before we rented the facility, they reassured us that it was an appropriate place to keep out belongings. This storage unit was a huge waste of money, and a huge impact to our finances now that we have to replace everything that was unsalvageable from our unit in A-Less storage.
Over all, the unit has been OK but not great for my opinion. The guy bill, what a joke of a person, and the maintenance of the one location... horrible. This place is a waste of money and time.

MICE INFESTATION. I lost all of my belongings. I found several dead mice inside of my unit, they burrowed into my mattress and rocker. I found two dead inside of my washer machine. There was mouse droppings everywhere and urine stains on my mattresses.
