Just called in to check prices on a storage unit . Lady answered the phone I said hello then they hung up . Called back twice , no response but answer machine . Not sure what happened on their end but most not of needed my business .
It’s Monday (not a holiday) and their doors are stilled locked at 10:00am and 11:25am. I can’t even get to my stuff. Don’t bother calling because they never answer.
They’re never open when they state they are and I’ve yet to see someone in the office.
Stay away. This place is awful.
Horrible customer service. Shame on y’all.
They lock all the doors at 7pm so if you want your stuff you better be sure to get here in time.
