I posted an honest review of when I rented from Linda at Gulf Real Estate from 2013-2014, and I have been contacted by their attorney to remove my comment. He accused me of lying in my review and threatened to sue me, but I did not lie. Everything I said in my review was accurate and brought to the attention of Linda both before and during our court proceedings. As of the other review that he is accusing me of posting, he will have to contact whoever else was dissatisfied with renting from Gulf Real Estate and threaten them to remove their comment, considering that one is not from me. I have a right to leave an HONEST bad review. FL Statutes Section 768.295.
Received an email from Google so thought I would browse through the reviews I've written. Came across the remark from the person who said this real estate company threatened to sue her for leaving an honest bed review, so I thought I would delete the review I left here, as well. I'm not impressed with this company, and I'll just leave it at that.
These folks are great. They treat everyone with honesty and respect.
I moved to Pensacola in 2015 & rented a house. Dealing with Linda & her staff has been a wonderful experience. I would recommend Linda & her company to anyone moving to or within the Pensacola area. She is always there to help. For example on a very raining day the gas vent for the hot water heater started leaking. I got in touch with Linda & within an hour someone was there to look at the leak. When it stopped raining & it was safe for him to go on the roof the problem got fixed.
