I am giving them a one because that is as low as I can go. The woman who showed us the house called 2 min before our scheduled appointment to let us know she was going to very late. The house was in poor conditions but we were willing to work with her on it . she asked very inappropriate questions to the point she made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable. After the interrogation we had our application ripped from my wife's hands because we disclosed having a dog! Even tho the owner had no issues with owning a dog.
Hands down the best in the business. These guys take real estate to the next level.
