They had amazing customer service and went above and beyond helping me pick out something for my girlfriend. They emailed me regularly to give an update on the progress of the ring and pendant. Even when I walked in with only a vague idea of what I wanted they had the patience to help me pick out something that I knew my girlfriend would love. I can't reccomend them enough. I gave them a budget and they did everything they could to stay within it. I will continue to give them my business and will always recommend them.
Horrible. Atrocious customer service. MAY 13th My husband's watch stopped working took it here to repair ...after weeks they charge us 55$ bucks with a "warranty" on parts and labor. He pays and picks it up. He notices it stops at 1:30 everyday. Immediately within a couple days he takes it back. They inform him it will be an additional 80$ to repair. WARRANTY does not cover even though it was repaired incorrectly the first time obviously.He approved the repair mainly because it's a sentimental item but now the watch repairs are more than the watch itself mind you.They call a month later stating they have had the watch a month and did we want them to repair it or not. It's supposed to have been worked on that whole month now they are stating that they haven't begun to fix it?? He received a confirmation email from them a month prior stating they had begun to repair it . The next day however they call again and miraculously the watch is ready. It is now AUGUST 1ST. He goes in and tries to speak to the manager who leaves it to the sales associate and won't even come out. They admit they had to fire the last salesperson who did the intake of the watch and incorrectly filled out forms and supposedly stated my husband only wanted hands placed on watch stem instead of a repair to actually make the watch work. Why would you only want hands on a watch and not the watch to function correctly?! He was clear HE WANTED A WORKING WATCH THAT'S WHAT WATCH REPAIR IS. NO BACKING HIM UP AS A CUSTOMER AS OPPOSED TO A TERMINATED NEGLIGENT EMPLOYEE OF THEIRS. paid 134 bucks in repair on a 110 watch. They'll go out of business soon. We were willing to pay for repairs but not be essentially robbed by being overcharged twice and condescended to and essentially blamed for their faults. Ridiculous. What manager won't even come out to talk to a customer with an issue? They even took down my review from their Facebook site. Guess they don't want anyone knowing how they treat people. You only hide things when you're ashamed
If I could leave zero stars I would. From ownership down to the staff, all of these people are atrocious. There are plenty other options in town. Do not use this “business” or beware of the terrible customer service you will receive.
I bought a bracelet for my wife as a surprise and wasn't sure which to go for and they took the time to show me what they had and even worked around my buget. Great place and wonderful family that runs it.
I've been going to Reed's Clock Gallery and Pensacola Jewelers for over a year and every time I go in, it has been a very pleasant and professional experience. The girls that work up front have always been extremely accommodating and Mr. Reed has fixed my watches to better than new! I have trusted them with some of my most sentimental items and I wouldn't trust anyone else but Mr. Reed! Definitely a customer for life!!
