I went in to see if a pocket watch I owned had any gold in it...Jack looked at it, and discovered it didn't, but also gave me some tips on opening the watch, cleaning it and recommended someone in Pensacola who could tune it up or repair if needed. I offered to pay for his time but he said no and was glad to help. Outstanding customer service!!!!!!
